
The Road is an upcoming movie directed by John Hillcoat based on the 2006 book of the same name, it follows a father and his son, Viggo Mortensen and Kodi Smit-McPhee who are survivors of an unknown apocalypse and are on the road looking for somewhere to stay and possibly find other survivors from the disaster

Cabin in the Woods, Joss Whedon's latest venture onto the big screen has unfortunately been pushed back all the way to 2011. Bad news for Whedon fans, who no doubt were looking forward to seeing Cabin In The Woods early 2010 which was it's original release date

Not sure how i missed this one before, but Lost Boys 3 is all set to start filming this month in South Africa, were we will see the return of Edgar Frog played by Corey Feldman along with the other Frog brother played by Jamison Newlander

The Book of Eli is due out mid January 2010 and stars Denzel Washington, Gary Oldman and Mila Kunis is a action thriller set in a post apocalyptic wasteland. Denzel Washington plays the hero Eli whose sole mission in life is to defend the book of Eli, a book which could potentially save mankind. Along the way he takes Mila Kunis's character Solara, under his wing and they get in a war with the Despot chief Carnegie played by Gary Oldman who dispatches a contract killer played by Ray Stevenson to hunt down and kill Eli

With the X-Men franchise after three movies needing some injection of life they wisely took the franchise into other directions, first focusing on the most popular character Wolverine, with the first Origins movie, now they are taking X-Men into a different direction with X-Men First Class

Law Abiding Citizen is an upcoming movie starring Gerard Butler, Jamie Foxx and Leslie Bibb. The story centers on Butlers character Clyde Shelton whose wife and daughter are killed when two men invade their house during the night. One of the men is sentenced to death and the other is let off on condition of cooperation with the district attorney's office, this provokes Shelton to exact his own revenge and seek his own justice

With the Green Lantern all set to go now and Ryan Reynolds locked in to star as Hal Jordan the Green Lantern news is now appearing of some of the other characters that are going to be in the upcoming superhero flick

Everyone's favourite movie archaeologist Indiana Jones is confirmed to be ready to make a follow up movie to Indiana Jones and The Kingdom of The Crystal Skull. Shia Labeouf was the one to let the cat out of the bag and said that a sequel was on the cards

It looks as though the A-Team cast is shaping up nicely, with Jessica Biel on board to play the ex of Faceman's Bradley Cooper. District 9 stand out star Sharlto Copley is now officially signed to take on the role of Howling Mad Murdock and should be a good choice
