
It's been a while since we did a round up of the latest movie trailers here at Movies Illustrated so without further ado we're bringing you 3 trailers for 3 very different movies.

Super 8 is set in 1979 in Ohio where a group of kids are filming their own zombie movie on a remote railway. When a truck crashes with a train the kids witness something that isn't human emerge from the wreckage.
Super 8 is a collaboration between a J.J. Abrams who wrote the story and is directing, and Steven Speilberg who is producing Super 8 alongside Abrams

This week we're doing some catching up on a few cool movie trailers. From upcoming horror movies Insidious, to Sci Fi thriller Apollo 18 and the Japanese live action adaptation of manga and anime series Gantz.
First up is insidious which comes from the makers of Paranormal Activity and Saw and is a none too original horror movie about a cursed child

The Ward is John Carpenters return to the big screen and the movie first premiered in September 2010 at the Toronto International Film Festival. Its all set for a UK Release on the 21st of January and its already been released in various other regions much to the delight of Carpenter fans.
The Ward focuses on the story of a young institutionalized woman Kristen who is played by Amber Heard of All the Boys Love Mandy Lane fame and more recently starred in the Joneses with Demi Moore and David Duchovny

Source Code is the second movie directed by Duncan Jones who gave us the very awesome and low budget sci fi flick Moon starring Sam Rockwell. Source Code is staying on a similar track with a science fiction storyline that follows the story of a soldier Coulter Stevens played by Jake Gyllenhaal. He becomes part of a government experiment that sees them investigating the bombing of a train to prevent future attacks but they are not doing it in a conventional fashion

Whether you are looking to catch-up on all the latest movies, watch childhood favourites or view that show everyone has been talking about, watching movies online is a step in the right direction.
As well as an assortment of new and just released movies, the World Wide Web also provides film fanatics with the option of indulging in old classics.

Wild Target is a British comedy movie that follows the story of a lone wolf assassin Victor Maynard played by Bill Nighy, who has a rather demanding mother who is always on his back regarding keeping to his assassins code. When Victor has to make a hit on the extremely cute and charming art thief Rose played by Emily Blunt, Victor finds himself rather taken and unable to complete his job

We finally have a full trailer for the upcoming Tron Legacy, the long awaited sequel to the 1982 classic with Jeff Bridges reprising his role as Kevin Flynn and Garrett Hedlund playing the now grown up Sam, Flynn's son. Also on the cast of Tron Legacy are Olivia Wilde as Quorra a virtual program warrior, Michael Sheen and John Hurt. Interestingly enough the French electronic music duo Daft Punk are in the film and also score the soundtrack which just makes me want to see this movie even more

With Machete all lined up for a September 2010 release date, we have the trailer for the Grindhouse Promo, turned full action movie Machete. Machete stars Rodriguez regular Danny Trejo in the title role as a renegade former Mexican Federale who ends up on the wrong side of a few double deals involving a local drug lord played by Steven Seagal, a spin doctor with ulterior motives played by Jeff Fahey and a corrupt senator played by Robert De Niro

Inception the latest sci fi thriller from Batman Begins and Memento director Christopher Nolan is racking up a score of very impressive reviews in the build up to its July the 16th release this year. Many critics have been praising the movie that stars Leonardo DiCaprio, Ken Watanbe, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Marion Cotillard, Ellen Page, Cillian Murphy and Michael Caine. Along with the talented director Nolan who certainly has a dark edge to all his movies, we also have old hand Hanz Zimmer scoring the movie and with a budget of $200 it's no surprise that Inception really looks the business
