American Gangster is a Ridley Scott movie with high aspirations and somewhat epic intentions. It doesn’t quite live up to its epic intentions but at the end you’re happy to let it go due to the gripping nature of the film and all its good points
The X files are due to be re-opened, with Mulder and Scully back on the paranormal investigations. After the cult, then mainstream, then back to cult success of the X-Files a movie was always a strong likelihood, with the first X-Files movie being released way back in 1998
National Treasure 2 is due out this Christmas season with the fancy title National Treasure 2 – title here. All the major cast players are back on board from the original which was a big success for Disney, filling in that family action movie niche that appeals to all ages

The Kung Fu Panda should be doing his martial arts warm up routine, because its due to hit cinemas in summer 2008. With a great cast of voice actors onboard and a score by Hanz Zimmer, i expect Kung fu Panda is going to be a treat for the eyes and ears

Kung Fu Hustle starts off as it means to go on in a grand, violent, quite brooding and often comical fashion, a movie mash up that really excels in a lot of areas. Kung fu Hustle is a movie directed by and Starring Stephen Chow, and has so many good things about it, it’s hard to cover them all
The follow up Bond movie to the highly successful series reinvention Casino Royale is due out in 2008. Daniel Craig is back as 007 the British secret agent James Bond. Interestingly enough for a Bond movie we have almost a direct sequel as the story actually continues on from Casino Royale
