Kung Fu Panda attack
In Kung Fu Panda we follow the story of Po, a panda who is well respected as one of the laziest animals in all of ancient China. Day to day he works as a waiter, but as all pandas do, he has dreams of kung fu greatness.
There is turmoil in Po’s world though, which involves bad animals lead by Tai Lung, a dangerous snow leopard. As Tai Lung’s ranks are due to descent on the city, Po must learn to follow his path as the proclaimed chosen one, and with the help of the ancient martial arts masters, he must become a … Kung Fu Panda.
Kung Fu Panda is DreamWorks latest animated story headed up with an all star cast. Jack Black is cast in the lead role as Po, which seems an inspired choice. The big bad guy of the movie Ian McShane plays Tai Lung. The rest of the cast is filled with names, like Jackie Chan, Angelina Jolie, Seth Rogen, Dustin Hoffman, and Lucy Lui.
Animated movies are a regular feature every year with at least 3 or 4, in their favor they do tend to get great casts for a good variety of reasons I expect. There is still a while for you to wait on this particular movie though, Kung Fu Panda is out in June 2008, with a teaser trailer due out in November this year.
