Clash of the Titans Remake, News and Trailer

The first teaser trailer for Clash of the Titans has arrived and it’s a good one. The remake of the classic 1981 movie is all set to hit movie screens in March 2010 and stars Sam Worthington in the title role as Perseus and Gemma Arterton in the leading lady role of Lo, and from the trailer it looks like its going to be all action and tons of CGI, but of course that’s more than okay in this case because the original movie had its fair share of special effects itself.

For anyone who hasn’t seen the original Clash of the Titans, then the story follows an epic struggle between man and gods, with Perseus struggling to save his family from the god Hades played by Ralph Fiennes, who is in a struggle of power with the god Zeus played by Liam Neeson. Perseus sets about on a battle to find his power as a god, and leads a team of warriors into the underworlds.

So with the very remake hungry Hollywood, this is actually one remake that isn’t before its time, and the Clash of the Titans is set to be released on March the 26th 2010 and is released by Warner Brothers. You can take a look at the trailer below.
