The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo – Trailer and News

One of the biggest book trilogies over the last ten years has been made into a series of movies, and that trilogy is the Millennium trilogy by Stieg Larsson a Swedish author and the second best selling author in the world. The first movie to come out from the trilogy is the adaptation of the first book, The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo.

I actually have this book and can testify it’s pretty great, although i usually prefer watching movie adaptations more than reading books, so i might end up waiting for the sequels to hit the theaters rather than reading the books.

You can check out the trailer for The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo below, unfortunately for me it’s in Swedish but you should take a look, especially if you speak Swedish of course, there is also a second video from Film & Stars which gives you some more information on this upcoming thriller. The Girl with The Dragon Tattoo has already been released in a lot of European countries and came out around May of 2009, even the sequel movie The girl who played with fire has been released in certain countries in Sep and the final book adaptation of the trilogy is due to be released late this month, so here’s hoping for a English speaking release date for the films pretty soon.
